Right now in Victoria, carrying pepper spray for self-defence could land you in trouble — even if it saves your life.   It’s time to change that.

In government the Victorian Libertarian Party will

• Legalise pepper spray.
• Revise current self-defence laws so that the law stands with you, the victim.
• Review Victoria's self-defence legislation to ensure it reflects common sense, fairness, and community standards - not outdated ideology.
